This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Threaded, a product of Canna Holdings LLC.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Hobby or Pro subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

One-time design purchases

Individual design purchases ($4.99) unlock export immediately and are therefore final and non-refundable.

Accidental or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error or more than once for the same item, contact us at support@threaded.diy and we will review and, at our discretion, issue a refund.
