Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Hobby and Pro) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change; we will give notice of changes to recurring prices before they take effect.

3. One-time design purchases

You may purchase the right to export an individual design for a one-time fee. Because this is digital content delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins at once and, to the extent permitted by law, you waive any right of withdrawal once the purchase completes. One-time design purchases are final (see our Refund Policy).

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the images and patterns you create. You grant us the limited license needed to host and process your content to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe others’ rights or violate law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Canna Holdings’ aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
